Your Set Free Pads
With simple daily care habits, your pads stay hygienic, effective, and long-lasting — saving your family money and reducing waste year after year.
How to Wear Your Pad
Wear your underwear as usual.
Place the pad inside your underwear with the waterproof side facing down
Secure the pad by fastening the button underneath your underwear.
Change every 4–5 hours, or sooner depending on your flow.
How to Wash
After use, soak the pad in normal or cold water for about 30 minutes.
Wash with regular detergent or soap.
Do not use hot water — it may damage the pad's fibers and waterproofing.
Discard the soaking water. Do not reuse it.
Drying & Storage
Wash pads daily and dry in direct sunlight for best hygiene.

For privacy while drying, cover with a light cloth such as a dupatta.
